Geberit Mapress Stainless Steel Bend With Plain End 90° (15mm - 108mm)
The Geberit Mapress Stainless Steel Bend with Plain End is a press-fit bend that forms part of the Geberit Mapress system, allowing pipework to be joined in seconds with a single press of the tool. Because the connection is made cold, there is no soldering, no naked flame and no need for a hot-works permit, saving time on site and removing the fire risk associated with brazing. The fitting is manufactured from CrNiMo stainless steel 1.4401 to EN 10088 for excellent corrosion resistance.
Every Mapress fitting is engineered for installation security: an unpressed connection is designed to leak during the leak test so it can be identified before the system is filled, while the pressing indicator gives a clear visual confirmation once the joint has been made. The pressing socket is fitted with a transparent protection plug to keep the seal clean until installation.
