All stocked items will be delivered within a maximum of 48hrs. Specially sourced items may take longer to deliver, dependent on the complexity of sourcing the products, our sales team will always confirm estimated delivery times for such items.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Unfortunately, courier companies are becoming less inclined to carry 6mtr lengths of pipe and tube. Subsequently, delivering 6 mtr lengths can cause significant delays to your order.
3mtr lengths however, can be packaged via pallet and couriered within a reasonable time frame.
The Trade Counter is open 7am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 7am – 4pm Friday & 8am – 11pm Saturdays.

Yes, you can order for both collection and delivery in the same order. Payment will be taken for the whole order and any delivery charges, discounts and bulk savings will be based on the entire basket total.

If you have a Flocon account: You will be sent an email from Flocon confirming that we’ve received your order. A member of our sales team will process your order and send an email confirmation once processes. Payment will be debited from your account as per your pre-agreed credit terms.
Where we do not have the full quantity or only part quantity in stock, we will usually despatch within 7 days. If we’re unable do this, we will inform you by the next working day.
