Brass Valves & Bronze Valves

Bronze valves consist of copper and tin which provides a strong, yet malleable pipeline solution. As bronze doesn't crack easily, it has a high ductility and is resistant to corrosion. While bronze valves are cost-effective, they are not suitable for drinking water.

Bronze valves are available as check, spring-loaded, strainer and globe valves.

Brass valves are manufactured using copper and zinc, which is highly malleable and highly resistant to corrosion-even more so than bronze. Brass valves are low in lead, making them WRAS approved for potable water.

Brass valves are available as pressure reducing, press-fit, thermo mixing, gate, regulating, spring-loaded, steam traps and solenoid valves to cover domestic, commercial and industrial applications.
