Stainless Steel Pipe 304L

We stock a range of 304 stainless steel pipes in metric and both schedule 10 & 40. The 304L is a grade of stainless steel tube with a polished and brushed shiny finish. Type 304L grades of stainless steel pipe have good maintainability and outstanding weld-ability characteristics with or without adding filler metals. The tube is polished with an abrasive belt to achieve the scratched grain finish. It's attractive aesthetically, corrosion-resistant, and also easy to maintain.

Stainless Steel Pipe 316L

Flocon 316L grade stainless steel tubes or pipes are manufactured from high purity, low carbon alloy. Suitable for a multitude of applications these tubes have proven themselves time and again, having an extensive range of capabilities. They have excellent corrosion resistance and excellent machinability making them highly suitable for catering and marine environments.

Flocon stocks a vast range of stainless pipes to suit almost every industry type. Our range of food processing pipes (also known as “dairy” or “hygienic”), are available in 316L grade, polish finished in sizes ½” – 4”. In larger diameters, we have both metric (Tru-Bore) 304L or 316L pipe in sizes 28mm to 304mm.

Also available, are nominal bore SCH40 A312 316L welded pipes in sizes ½” to 4”. Suitable for threading, this range accompanies our stainless steel fittings perfectly.

Larger diameters and different Schedules (such as SCH10, SCH80, SCH16, XS, XXS) both in 316L & 304L in seamless or welded are also stocked at Flocon.

In addition, we supply small bore instrumentation tubes in metric or imperial diameters from 4mm to 42mm. Supplied in 3m or 6m lengths in both 316L or 304L grades to suit single or twin ferrule compression fittings.
