Refund policy

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds: The Customer may cancel orders once accepted by Flocon by obtaining written permission and a return note number to send the goods back with. Non catalogue products that have been specially manufactured or pipe that has been cut to length may not be cancelled or returned. The Customer may only return products to Flocon, and receive a credit or refund on the following conditions:

The Customer must contact us prior to the return of any products to obtain prior consent and obtain a returns number (to be quoted on all returned paperwork).

• Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery (as stated on the delivery documentation).
  
• Contact [email protected] to request a returns form that is to be posted with the returning goods. This paperwork must be packed with the returning package
• The Customer must quote the invoice details of the Flocon Reference Number
• Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale
• Products must be returned adequately packed and dispatched freight prepaid, clearly labelled to: Returns Department, Flocon Valves and Fittings ltd, Unit D8. 3, Main Avenue, Treforest Industrial Estate, Pontypridd CF37 5UR

For products returned due to Customer error or no longer required and returned in accordance with a handling charge 30% will be applied.

Refunds: We will make all refunds to the card used for payment or issue a credit note (should you have an account set up with us) within 14 working days of receipt of the goods being received by us.
