The Geberit Mapress Stainless Steel elbow adaptor turns a Mapress Stainless Steel gas run through 90° and out onto a BSP male thread in one fitting, saving a joint where pipework needs to change direction and connect onto a threaded component at the same time.
Made in CrNiMo steel 1.4401 (EN 10088) and built specifically for the Mapress Stainless Steel gas range, it's fitted with a yellow HNBR seal ring — the gas-rated seal material — with a pressing indicator that shows at a glance whether the joint has been correctly pressed, and a yellow protection plug on the pressing socket to keep the seal clean until it's fitted.
