Stainless Steel Actuator Drive Spacer

A drive spacer functions as a mechanical coupling between a valve actuator and the valve stem or gearbox drive. It adapts one drive dimension to another, allowing an actuator with one output size to operate a valve or accessory with a different input size, while transmitting torque and maintaining correct alignment and engagement.

Manufactured from stainless steel or plated carbon steel, the spacer offers durability and resistance to corrosion, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments. Nickel plated steel and aluminium options are also available depending on application requirements.

The spacer is not a pressure retaining component and typically does not require separate certification when incorporated into pressure equipment assemblies.
