Copper Press - Fit Straight Male/Female Reducing Coupling
Suitable for use with numerous press fit tools and compatible with hard, half hard and soft copper tubes, the straight coupling male/female reducer provides a permanent, leak free joint. When installed correctly (as per the installation guidelines issued by M-press), press-fit pipe constructions can offer up to 30 years of service and function.
Applications:
- A premium grade copper fitting, designed for use with:
- Drinking water
- Purified water
- Heating
- Cooling water
- Boosted cold water
- Plant rooms
- Steam condensate
- Flammable gasses classed and according to DVGW G 260 (HNBR Gas approved yellow seals)
- Compressed air, argon, nitrogen, carbon dioxide
When used alongside fittings with EPDM seals for applications other than compress air: 15-108mm: (PN16) 16 bar – 30°C to + 120°C
When use alongside fittings with HNBR seals for applications involving flammable gasses: 15-108mm: (PN5) 5bar – 20° to + 70°C
When used alongside fittings with EPDM seals for compressed air: 15-108mm (PN16) 16bar – 30°C to 120°C
