The Geberit Mapress Copper Slip Coupling is a press-fit fitting used to join two lengths of copper pipe, forming part of the Geberit Mapress press-fit system. Its slip design lets you bridge or repair a run without cutting into existing pipework, and because the connection is made by pressing rather than soldering, you get a secure joint in seconds with no naked flame, no hot-works permit and no need to drain down. It is manufactured from Cu-DHP copper CW024A (EN 1412).

Every Mapress fitting is engineered for installation security: a pressing indicator and the leak-before-pressed feature (on diameters up to and including 54 mm) make any unpressed joint easy to spot during testing, while a transparent protection plug keeps the pressing socket clean until it is fitted. Sealing is by a black CIIR seal ring up to and including 54 mm and a black EPDM seal ring above 54 mm.
