Plasson Electrofusion Female Free Nut Coupler

The Plasson Electrofusion Female Free Nut Coupler gives installers a reliable, leak free connection between modern metric MDPE pipes and legacy imperial threaded systems, eliminating the need for awkward workarounds or costly rework.

At its core, this fitting uses built in electric heating elements and terminal pins to fuse homogeneously with the PE pipe via an electrofusion control box, creating a permanent, airtight joint that won't budge under pressure. The corrosion resistant brass female thread, rated up to PN16, is housed within a free spinning nut, so you can align and tighten the fitting onto any threaded component without having to rotate the entire pipe run. Less effort, fewer hands, cleaner installations.

Manufactured from robust PE100 polyethylene, the coupler is built to last in demanding underground environments. And with full WRAS approval, it's certified safe for use in potable water pipelines.
