Plasson Backing Ring Galvanised PN10/16
The Plasson Backing Ring Galvanised PN10/16 mates behind a PE stub flange or flange adaptor at the flange face, spreading the bolt load evenly around a galvanised metal ring.
Manufactured in Galvanised and compliant with EN 1555, EN 12201, UK Water Reg4, it is fitted loose over a stub flange or flange adaptor spigot and clamped between the two flange faces — a mechanical (not fused) joint at the flange, matching the stub flange or flange adaptor's own PE-to-pipe electrofusion or spigot weld.
