The Geberit Mapress Copper Adaptor Union with Male Thread is a detachable adaptor for the Geberit Mapress copper press-fit system, providing a transition from a Mapress pressed connection to a male-threaded fitting. Its press-fit design delivers a secure, flame-free connection in seconds, with no soldering and no need for a hot-works permit. The body is manufactured from gunmetal / lead-free gunmetal for reliable, long-term performance in potable water and heating applications.
Every connection benefits from Geberit's proven press-fit security: the pressing indicator confirms each joint at a glance, while the leak-before-pressed feature ensures any unpressed fitting is immediately identifiable during pressure testing. A pressing socket fitted with a transparent protection plug keeps the connection point clean until installation.
