Instead of soldering, the joint is made with a press tool in seconds, giving a fast, flame-free connection with no hot-works permit required. It is manufactured from gunmetal / lead-free gunmetal.
Geberit press-fit security is built in: the visible pressing indicator confirms the connection has been made, while the leak-before-pressed feature means any unpressed joint shows up immediately during the leak test. The pressing socket is supplied with a transparent protection plug, and proven seal materials provide a reliable, long-lasting joint.
