Full Face Non-Asbestos PN6

The Full Face Non-Asbestos PN6 Gasket is engineered to deliver a dependable, full-face seal across flat-faced flanged joints in a wide range of industrial and utility applications.

Constructed from compressed aramid or mineral fibres bound with nitrile rubber, this gasket offers a safe, high performance alternative to asbestos based sealing materials  without compromising on reliability. Rated for nominal pressures up to 6 bar (~87 psi), it holds firm across general and potable water pipelines, low pressure oil and fuel lines, mild chemical systems, and low heat steam distribution networks.

The full-face design covers the entire flange surface and features pre cut bolt holes that align precisely with the outer flange pattern, ensuring even load distribution and a consistent, leak free seal. Available in 1.5mm and 3mm thicknesses, it accommodates varying joint requirements with ease. Beyond sealing, it actively reduces vibration transmission and protects steel-to-steel joints from corrosion, extending the service life of pipework and reducing long-term maintenance costs.
