Spanning the entire width of the flange face bolt holes included,-this gasket ensures precise alignment and full surface protection from the moment it's fitted. At 3mm thick, it offers a robust profile capable of compensating for minor surface irregularities and imperfections commonly found on older or well worn metal flanges, delivering a tight, dependable seal even in less-than-perfect conditions.
The gasket is constructed from a modern blend of aramid fibers, glass fibers, and inorganic fillers bound with NBR rubber. This combination delivers the same high performance sealing properties as legacy materials, without the health risks or regulatory concerns that come with them.
