Aluminium Round Sleeve
The Roxtec SL ALU sleeve is a round frame component that forms the structural foundation of a Roxtec cable and pipe penetration sealing system. It is welded into an opening in a bulkhead, deck, wall, floor, panel, or enclosure, then fitted with Roxtec sealing modules to create a fully sealed penetration around passing cables or pipes.
Once assembled, the system provides fire protection, watertightness, gastightness, dust protection, and mechanical management of cables and pipes in a single integrated solution. It is suited to environments where multiple protection requirements must be met simultaneously and where long-term reliability is critical.
Roxtec sealing systems, when fitted with the appropriate modules, carry approvals from leading marine classification bodies including DNV, ABS, Bureau Veritas, Lloyd's Register, ClassNK, and RINA. Systems are used in applications requiring compliance with SOLAS fire protection requirements, offshore platform standards, and industrial fire compartmentation regulations.
