The Geberit Mapress Carbon Steel bend is a press-fit pipe bend that forms part of the Geberit Mapress press-fit system, letting you make a secure, flame-free connection in seconds with no soldering and no hot-works permit. It is manufactured from non-alloy steel 1.0034 E195 (EN 10305) with an outside zinc-plated finish, and the angle varies by variant.
Every fitting features a built-in pressing indicator and is deliberately leaky if unpressed, so any missed joint is spotted immediately during pressure testing rather than after handover. A CIIR seal ring and a transparent protection plug on the pressing socket keep the connection clean and reliable.
