Flocon Shipping Policy
With our fleet of trucks running the length and breadth of Wales and the West of England 6 days a week, we’re able offer free delivery on all orders over £75 within our Zone 1 and Zone 2 delivery routes - Monday to Saturday. Delivery charges to other locations will vary dependent on the type of products (weight and scale), and the time that you specify your delivery for.
We aim to have all your items in stock and dispatched within 1-3 working days of your order being placed. Your goods will be dispatched with a signed-for-service and you will receive an email confirmation of your order and its dispatch from the Flocon team as soon as it is fulfilled.
Special Instructions about your delivery
If you have any information you wish to give our delivery drivers and couriers i.e State a specific delivery time, a safe location to leave the goods, or even for them to ask for a specific person or company when we arrive to your site, please add this information to the ‘order instructions’ box which is provided on the right side of the ‘My basket’ page on our website. There is also the option of inputting your purchase order on this page which will be included on your invoice.
Understanding Dispatch Times
We endeavour to get your items to you as soon as possible and at the time that you specify. However, certain product types (and in some instances, products ordered in high multiples), may not be readily available at our warehouse for next day delivery.
As such, to help you understand when you can expect to receive your items, every product on our website has an estimated dispatch time attributed to it. You’re able to view the estimation time on each individual product page, and also at the point where you process your order for payment. Please take the time to read the estimated dispatch date for the items that you have selected.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your goods within a stated time period, we will contact you via email or telephone to update you with the expected delivery time/date. We will contact you via the email or telephone number that you have inputted to your order.

Surcharges:
For products of considerable weight and bulk, a delivery surcharge will be added for these items. This is applicable to all UK postcodes. Surcharge fees vary dependent on the product that you’re ordering. The surcharge fee will appear in the Shipping section of your order upon check out.

Trade Counter Collection:
You may arrange collection from our Trade Counter – Trade Counter collections are usually ready within 4 hours (If the product is in stock)
