The Geberit Mapress Carbon Steel Union is a press-fit connector that forms part of the proven Geberit Mapress system, allowing two pipe ends to be joined with a fast, flame-free press connection made in seconds — with no soldering, no naked flame and no hot-works permit required. It is manufactured from non-alloy steel (1.0034 E195 to EN 10305) for reliable performance in closed circuit and technical building applications.
Every fitting features the Geberit pressing indicator and the renowned leak-before-pressed security, so any unpressed connection is immediately identifiable during testing. The pressing socket is supplied with a transparent protection plug and is sealed with a CIIR seal ring, giving you dependable, repeatable joint quality on every installation.
