The Geberit Mapress Carbon Steel Adaptor with Female Thread is a press-fit transition fitting that lets you connect carbon steel pipework to a female threaded outlet as part of the Geberit Mapress press-fit system. Made from non-alloy steel 1.0034 E195 (EN 10305), it forms a secure, flame-free joint in seconds using a pressing tool, with no soldering, no naked flame and no need for a hot-works permit.

Geberit's press-fit design builds confidence into every connection: an integrated pressing indicator confirms the joint has been made, and the leak-before-pressed feature means any unpressed fitting is easy to spot during the pressure test. The pressing socket is fitted with a transparent protection plug to keep the seal clean before installation, and the CIIR seal ring ensures a reliable, long-lasting connection.
