FastClamp is a Versatile Handrail Solution for Tubular Structures.

FastClamp fittings offer a simple way of constructing guardrails, safety posts and other modular structures. Manufactured from either Malleable Iron (BS EN 1562) or Ductile Iron (BS EN 1563), these fittings eliminate the need for welding, drilling, or specialised tools, simplifying the construction of lightweight, durable steel structures. All you need is a hexagon key to tighten the special screws embedded into the handrail tube.

Key Features of FastClamp Fittings:

• Steel tubes to BS EN 10255 (minimum 3.2mm wall thickness)
• Hot-dip galvanized (standard) or powder coated (RAL colors)

• Axial load up to 900kg at 39Nm torque

Handrail Tube.

Flocon fittings are suitable for use with Galvanised Handrail Tube to BS EN 10255 with a minimum wall thickness of 3.2mm, however please note that internal fitting types: C01, C06, C65, DDA02 DDA-06 are only designed for use with 3.2mm thick tube.

Handrail Tube Sizes.

FastClamp comes in five sizes and can easily join metal tubes at different angles and orientations.

Important Note: The Tube Size Ø should be the first consideration as this is the primary structural component for any handrail structure. The application guidelines on the next page will help the design of Racking, General Structures and Handrail.
