Steckdrain Flange with Backing Ring

The Steckdrain Flange with Backing Ring provides a secure, bolted connection point within stainless steel drainage piping systems. Designed for demanding environments, it delivers reliable performance across sanitary, wastewater, and gravity drainage applications where a removable, pressure-rated joint is required.

Manufactured from high grade stainless steel, this assembly offers excellent resistance to corrosion, making it well suited to marine, shipbuilding, food processing, and other aggressive service environments. The flange collar, backing ring, and elastomer seal work together to form a robust joint that can be disconnected and reassembled without compromising system integrity.

The PN16 pressure rating and EN 1092-1 compliant dimensions ensure compatibility with standard European piping systems, while major marine classification approvals — including ABS, Bureau Veritas, DNV-GL, and Lloyd's Register — confirm suitability for commercial vessel and naval ship installations.

Applications:

• Sanitary and wastewater drainage systems
• Gravity and vacuum drainage pipework
• Marine and shipbuilding installations
• Food processing and corrosive wastewater environments
• Connections to equipment, tanks, pumps, valves, and penetration pieces
