Plasson Threaded Socket
The Threaded Socket joins two lengths of BSP-threaded pipe of the same size in a straight, in-line connection.
Both ends carry a BSP thread cut to ISO 7-1, so it is wound straight onto matching threaded pipe, valves or fittings, sealed with a jointing compound or PTFE tape at the joint. It is manufactured in Polypropylene, high-grade copolymer and to ISO 17885 for water applications, AS/NZS 4129.
