The Plasson PE100 Stainless Steel Transition Union Long (Male) SDR11 bridges a PE pipe run and a stainless steel male-threaded metal component via a union nut, with a plain spigot-weld end on the PE side.
Manufactured in PE100 and compliant with EN 1555, EN 12201, UK Water Reg4, the PE side is welded directly onto the pipe by butt fusion, while the s'steel thread gives a mechanical connection to a valve, meter or other threaded component.
