NBR Valve Wearing Parts Set
The NBR Valve Wearing Parts Set is a maintenance kit for servicing DN20 (20 mm / ¾") valves. Rather than a complete valve, it supplies the components that wear during normal operation, allowing sealing performance to be restored and leakage prevented without replacing the entire valve.
The kit contains NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) seals and diaphragms, PTFE rings and bushings, along with small stainless steel springs and hardware. NBR is widely chosen for its resistance to water, air, neutral gases, hydraulic fluids, mineral oils and many lubricants. Sealing elements typically operate across a temperature range of approximately -10°C to +80°C, depending on the valve design.
