Geberit Mapress Copper Reducer With Plain End (18mm - 108mm)
The Geberit Mapress Copper Reducer with Plain End is a concentric reducing fitting that steps pipework down from one diameter to a smaller plain end, forming part of the Geberit Mapress press-fit system. Instead of soldering, the connection is made by pressing in seconds, giving a fast, flame-free joint with no hot-works permit required. It is manufactured from Cu-DHP copper CW024A (EN 1412) for durable, corrosion-resistant performance.
Every Geberit Mapress fitting is engineered for installation security and traceable quality: a pressing indicator and a transparent protection plug on the pressing socket help confirm a correct connection, while the Leak Before Pressed feature makes any unpressed joint visibly leak during testing up to and including ø 54 mm so it cannot be overlooked. Proven seal materials suit a wide range of media, with a CIIR seal ring up to ø 54 mm and an EPDM seal ring above ø 54 mm.
