Description
The Geberit Mapress Copper adaptor with female thread gives a Mapress Copper gas run a direct BSP female thread connection, for jointing straight onto male-threaded valves, regulators, meters and other gas components without an extra coupling.
Made in gunmetal / lead-free gunmetal and built specifically for the Mapress Copper gas range, it's fitted with a yellow HNBR seal ring — the gas-rated seal material, distinct from the standard water-duty range — with a pressing indicator that shows at a glance whether the joint has been correctly pressed, and a yellow protection plug on the pressing socket to keep the seal clean until it's fitted.
Key features
- Pressing indicator confirms a completed press
- Leaky if unpressed, so a missed press is easy to spot before commissioning
- Marked in yellow, Mapress's colour coding for the gas range
- Seal ring made of HNBR, yellow
- Pressing socket with yellow protection plug
Suitable for
- For natural gases
- For liquefied gases
- For natural and liquefied gases
Available in a size range from 15mm to 54mm.
