Geberit Mapress Carbon Steel Adaptor With Male Thread (76.1mm)
The Geberit Mapress Carbon Steel Adaptor with Male Thread is a press-fit transition fitting that connects Mapress carbon steel pipework to male-threaded components, forming part of the Geberit Mapress press-fit system. Instead of soldering, the joint is made in seconds with a flame-free, cold press connection, removing the need for hot works and the associated hot-works permit. It is manufactured from non-alloy steel 1.0034 E195 (EN 10305) with an externally zinc-plated finish.
Every Mapress fitting is engineered for installer confidence: a pressing indicator confirms each joint, while the leak-before-pressed feature reveals any unpressed connection during the pressure test. A transparent protection plug keeps the pressing socket clean until installation, and the black CIIR seal ring ensures a secure, reliable seal.
