DN100 PN16 Blank Flange Drilled & Tapped 1" BSP – S235JR Mild Steel

This DN100 blank flange provides a secure, pressure rated closure for the end of a pipe, with the added functionality of a drilled and tapped 1" BSP port. That port allows for the direct connection of instruments, gauges, or test points without the need for additional fittings or fabrication.

Manufactured from S235JR mild steel and supplied to BS EN 1092-1 (formerly BS4504), this flange meets the pressure requirements of PN16 systems up to 16 bar. The drilling and tapping is machined to a 1" BSP thread, making it straightforward to fit standard instrumentation or blanking plugs as required.
